Reflexology Treatments

Reflexology in Crediton, Exeter and throughout Mid Devon.

“If you’ve never had Reflexology before, it is hard to explain just how deeply relaxing and restorative the treatment can be!”

Each reflexology treatment focuses on stimulating or sedating reflex points on the foot, which relate to the whole body. So what might simply have been a lovely relaxing foot massage, becomes a treatment for the whole body and mind.

My aim as a Reflexologist is certainly to enable you to deeply relax. But even more importantly, I aim to listen closely to you and understand any physical or emotional health concerns that you have.

Then, I tailor each treatment you receive, to really focus on reflex points that will support your specific needs, and through this supportive relationship, we can work together towards your better health.

“A Reflexologist sees your whole body reflected in the reflexes of your feet and works those reflexes to create an effect across the entire body – and mind.”

Reflexology Treatment Guide

You can of course enjoy and benefit from a one off treatment, but for those who would like a series of treatments to tackle a specific issue, I usually recommend an initial series of 3-6 weekly treatments. Following this, many choose to have a regular top up treatment (perhaps every 4 weeks).

You can call, text or email me to book an appointment, ask any questions or to discuss your needs.

Healthcare plans

Aor_Logo_colour_SMALL(1)Don’t forget, many healthcare benefits plans will cover Reflexology, including Bupa, Paycare, Medicash and Sovereign Insurance. Some, such as Paycare, have agreed to prefer to use reflexologists like myself who are full members of the Association of Reflexologists and as such are highly qualified, insured and demonstrating an ongoing commitment to continuing professional development.
